A Time to Strike

The aliens came and under the guise of friendship they began slowly taking over. After a year of apparent peace, a type of lichen was found growing on the buildings and the asphalt. It spread so quickly, that the efforts to erradicate it were abandoned, and most of those that worked to remove it soon wound up dead. Their bodies were disappearing before they could be buried or cremated.

Then someone managed to see a group of aliens bringing a package into the government building he worked at. They paid him no attention, for he was just a janitor. He noted that they seemed anxious to get into the package. He followed them to where they were going in the building. As he watched from a place of hiding, they opened the package and removed a human body from it. Removing the gloves from their 4 digit hands, they laid their hands on the body and began absorbing it. It took 15 minutes to absorb the body entirely. In his effort to get away, he tripped over a power cord and made some noise. Thus they discovered him and came after him. His haste caused him to slam into his own cleaning cart just as they were closing in on him, and his mop water got splattered on all of them. The effect was that it killed all of them, acting like an acid that ate through there clothing and their bodies.

Fast Forward 3 Years
The word has been spread around the world on how to kill the aliens, and they are no longer disguising their intentions with false peace. The solution has been found to be any soap and water mix that has at least 1 part soap to 10 parts water, but higher concentrations of soap are more effective. The aliens had never met with resistance before, and were now having to learn new skills to maintain their superiority. The even tried to learn the human ability to be sneaky, as the alien seen here is attempting. The man waiting for the alien is trying hard not to laugh at the comical antics of the alien, for he will be attacking the alien in short order; however, the way the alien is acting is extremely funny, so he has decided that if he canot keep from laughing, he will use it to surprise the alien and then squirt him with soapy water.
